Aladdin's Warranty

Julia W. Wilson, Hereinafter named Breeder, offers for adoption the below described Australian Labradoodle, under the conditions of the following agreement, for the sum of $2500.00

1. Breeder guarantee's this dog to be healthy at the time of taking possession of said dog. Please take this dog to your Veterinarian within 72 hours of possession. Please take a stool sample and this dog's shot card.
2. Buyer agrees to take the proper safe guards for the care, safety ,and well being of the dog sold herein, including but not limited to a fenced yard, proper kennel, adequate shelter, feeding and exercise, socialization, and of special importance :::OBEDIENCE TRAINING:::
3. Buyer agrees that, in the future, should you become unwilling or unable to care for this dog, this dog may be returned, however should this dog be returned with no obedience training, buyer will receive no financial compensation. Should this dog be returned to us with Obedience Training receipts, Buyer will receive one half purchase price (after kennel charges) once this dog is re-homed. We, at Aladdin Australian Labradoodles, will always take back one of our Bred-by’s, regardless of the reason.
4. This Dog is warranted to pass OFA ( Orthopedic Foundation For Animals ) hips and elbows certification, between 1Year of age and 2 Years of age. In the event this dog is suspect of a genetic disease, presentation of medical supported evidence, verified by two Veterinarians that this dog is physically deficient and not functional for the dog's intended purpose, must be supplied to the Breeder. If this dog is suspected of hereditary dysplasia, radiographs must be submitted to the OFA and evaluated. Should this dog fail to pass OFA hip and elbow certification, the Breeder offers the following Warranty: The Breeder agrees to replace this dog with one of sound quality and equal Value within a reasonable length of time, not to exceed 1 year. All Veterinary and shipping costs are the Buyers responsibility.
5. The above warranty applies only to the below named purchaser, who is the original recipient of this dog.
6. Allowing this dog to become heavy or obese voids this warranty.
